International Network Meeting on May 16 and 17

Between May 16th and 17th it will take place at ESCE/IPS the International Network Meeting (INM) that will gather the Coordinators of the International Business Week (IBW) Network.

IBW involves Higher Education Institutions from 12 European countries (Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Latvia, Poland, Portugal and Czech Republic), being represented this year by the following institutions: Institute of Technology and Business in Ceske Budejovice, College of Polytechnics Jihlava, UC Leuven-Limburg, BA School of Business and Finance, IUT de Saint Denis, University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern, Hogeschool Business School, International Business Academy and Satakunta University of Applied Sciences.

This edition of INM will be held at the School of Business Administration at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. The event's program, you can see below, takes place at the IPS Setúbal Campus and in the city of Setúbal.

ESCE/IPS is a member of International Business Week (IBW) since 2006 and in the academic year 2022/2023 has held another edition in Blended Instensive Program (BIP) format. With about 90 participants, it took place from October to November with the theme "Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology in Tourism and Hospitality" and included six bootcamps, a social and cultural program and an awards ceremony, offering a multicultural environment propitious to the development of important technical and interpersonal skills. The initiative culminated with the 1st International Workshop "The New Future and the new Entrepreneurial Generation".

14:15 - Beginning of works | Moderation | Prof. Teresa Costa, Coordinator of IBW, Setubal: Planning of IBW and BIP of the network for the year 2023-2024, evaluation of the IBW and BIP of the network of the present school year, and discussion of the procedures involved with the participation of all coordinators of IBW
