Visit from the University of Applied Sciences of Rotterdam

This Tuesday, January 31st, the School of Business Administration (ESCE/IPS) once again opened its doors to receive students from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. After welcoming students of Logistics, this year, and for the first time, we welcomed about 40 students of Information Systems and Innovation.

The participants had a visit to the Luban laboratory, at Setúbal School of Technology, and other activities, highlighting the special collaboration with national students of the Information Systems Management degree to solve a case study, in the scope of Innovation regarding the quality of life in cities. It should be added that the teachers responsible for this visit presented the School and guided Rotterdam students to representative points of ESCE/IPS, including the Library and the Noble Auditorium. During the activity, teachers from both institutions discussed topics in the area and formulated strategies to encourage the interest of students from both institutions to carry out mobility programs.

Hosting visits from international higher education institutions aims to stimulate students to get to know our School and the IPS in a dynamic way, allowing the reinforcement of the good relationship in the scope of mobility programs.

ESCE/IPS is grateful for the collaboration between Organic Units and Central Services in supporting the initiative.
